EVENTS UNDER CORONA RESTRICTIONS

• How will you keep me safe on site during the corona pandemic? Is there a hygiene concept?
During events, we take all appropriate measures to contain the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 corona virus. Our aim is to ensure that events run safely and smoothly. Our hygiene concept is based on the guidelines and framework conditions laid down by federal and state government. To view our General Hygiene Concept, click here. For each event, we also develop an individual hygiene concept based on the specific requirements of the federal state concerned, as well as specific conditions on site.

• What are the entry requirements for attending a face-to-face event?
To enter, you must present a certificate showing that your corona rapid test, taken on the same day, came back negative. You can either bring an official certificate with you, or take a test on site at the venue. If you got your final corona jab at least 14 days before the event, you can show your vaccination certificate (once only) and will then be exempted from testing. You will also be exempted if you present a PCR test showing you have recovered from a corona illness. This test must be at least 28 days old. This exemption is currently valid for 6 months.

• Where can I get a corona test?
Either at a public test facility, or on site at the event. If you visit a public facility, please bring the current certificate with you as proof of your negative result.

• Are masks available on site?
All attendees are kindly requested to bring their own appropriate mouth and nose protection (surgical or FFP2 mask). Euroforum keeps a contingent of disposable masks at the entrance for use as replacements.

• What about food and drink on site?
Our event coordinators make sure that on-site catering always complies with social distancing rules and hygiene requirements. All service providers and partners are required to adhere to our current hygiene concept, and Euroforum monitors compliance.

• Contact tracking
We collect the following data from all visitors for the sole purpose of infection tracking: first name, last name, home address, (mobile) phone number and email address.
This data is stored securely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, and is made available to the health department concerned if necessary. The data is deleted or destroyed no later than 1 month after the end of the event. For more information, please see our Hygiene Concept.

FORMATS

• What event formats does Euroforum offer?
We offer a range of training opportunities:

o Conferences and annual meetings
Euroforum assembles recognized experts from business, science and politics and creates forums for knowledge transfer and the exchange of opinions. We highlight trends and offer up-to-date information for practical business management. Our conferences and annual meetings also enable executives to make valuable contacts with decision-makers from their respective industries.
As part of a media group, we discuss the issues that are moving business with you in the most up-to-date way possible. This includes always selecting the optimal format for each specific event, whether face-to-face, digital or hybrid.
Hybrid events in particular provide a made-to-measure event experience. We combine the best digital and analogue components of an event from the participant’s point of view, merge them in a unique format, and bring the whole community together; you decide how you wish to participate and profit from the benefits on offer. Â

o Seminars
No matter which skill sets our seminars impart – technical, methodological or social – each event offers excellent standards, contemporary learning methods and professional training for all requirements. A EUROFORUM Deutschland GmbH training course is the ideal framework in which to achieve your learning goals and advance your career. Our hands-on experts explain complex topics in an understandable way, share in-depth specialist knowledge, and are on hand to answer your questions in discussion groups. Small seminar groups and innovative methods support you in your quest for success.
o Live online training
Wherever you’re located, these virtual courses can help you develop your business and soft skills and acquire hands-on specialist knowledge – with ample space for your individual questions.
o Webinars
Our webinars address current topics in a compact digital form. Regardless of your location you can either take part live, putting your questions to the speakers and discussing the topics involved, or watch a recording later at a time of your choosing. Webinars last between 1 and 2 hours, and are usually free of charge.
o In-house training
Train your specialists and managers in house, either face-to-face or online. We will be happy to tailor any programme in our portfolio to your specific needs and requirements.
